ASG Resources

All of these resources have either been created by or are supported by ASG through funding and maintenance.

Office Hours

Each member of the Cabinet, along with the Chief Executive officers, holds an office hour session in the ASG Office (located on the 3rd floor of the Campus Center).

Feminine Products Dispenser

Maintained by the Co-Directors of Student Affairs and their committee.

Located in the Campus Center restrooms.

Meadville Asset Map

A map of things to do, places to eat and shop, and local attractions to visit in and around Meadville, PA. 

Developed by the Community Relations Committee, 2022.

North Village Firepits

A recreational space for students to hang out.

Refer to Residence Life for inquiries regarding the appropriate use of the firepit.

Green Space

An initiative made possible through the Director of Sustainability & Environmental Affairs

A sustainable recreational space, near the library, for students to lounge and hang out in the outdoors.

Counseling & Personal Development Center

Located in Schultz Hall, the CPDC offers a variety of mental health services for Allegheny students. These include individual/group counseling sessions, drop-in services, crisis services, and more. 

Incident Reporting

Allegheny College charges each member of the Allegheny community with upholding a welcoming and inclusive environment.

 

If you have been impacted by, have witnessed, or heard of an incident or bias (especially if it has impacted any Allegheny students), actions should be taken to file a report immediately.

There are three main types of reports that can be filed: Grievance, Incident, or Bias.

Public Safety Resources

The Department of Public Safety works to provide a safe and secure residential learning environment for all students at Allegheny by performing law enforcement, safety, and security services (within the College's jurisdiction).

Housing Selection Information

The Office of Residence Life's informational hub for housing. Find information here about important dates and the process of selecting housing.

IDEAS Center

A student-driven advocacy center open to all students, striving to provide support, validation, and opportunities for students coming from historically underrepresented & underresourced groups.

Local Storage for Students

A listing, created by the College, of secure storage locations in and around Meadville available for students to store their things (over summer breaks).

Academic Calendar

The Academic Calendars are updated and maintained by the Registrar's Office, detailing any important dates, deadlines, and breaks.

Gator Success Grants

Allegheny College's "Success Grant program is designed to provide students with additional financial assistance to offset the total cost of college attendance and to encourage successful on-time degree completion."

Grants are given out for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to, helping cover additional academic, medical, and transportation expenses.

Each student can receive up to two (2) awards during their enrollment at Allegheny.
